Secret ingredient

Today Ella and I were having a late lunch together. She had been chartering non stop since 630 am so by 130 I was only half listening. A man at the table next to us suddenly chuckles loud enough for me to take note. I did a quick rewind of Ella's dissertation on sandwiches and realized she had just told me the secret ingredient to making any sandwich taste it's best " was to put a fancy toothpick in it" and this secret she had acquired from Fancy Nancy.
