Tough Guy

A few evenings ago, Bob had a tremendous ear ache. But after a dose of Tylenol and then Ibuprofen, he said the pain was gone and that he felt fine, other than the persistently stuffed nose. Getting him to blow his nose has been a chore, but he has been doing it a few times a day.

This morning he woke up with a runny eye. At the Dr's Office, I couldn't believe how smiley he was when I saw what was going on in his poor ear. He must be one really tough guy. It makes me feel guilty that we didn't rush him to the urgent care Thursday night. Motherhood is fraught with guilty moments, isn't it?

Hopefully Amoxicillin will do the trick.
