A very strange day dawns.

Well this was the only bright part to this day. During my morning tea a head lice jumped out of my hair onto the table in front of me; thanks students, I give you my time and effort you give me lice! Disinfectant showers and total head shave followed, now I'm probably just scratching my scalp off. I have a cold and a knee operation tomorrow, the anesthetist said it was OK, have a feeling though I'm just a number to him and the surgeon; a large number with a $ sign in front of it. I've just been told by K that I look just like I did when she met me but wrinklier! Still have to change the bed linen and have an all body iodine wash before I can go to bed. Goodnight cruel world.
