Penang Village
Today was my first day at work. There's plenty of food stalls around my area... but I had to choose to eat here. Well, actually my friend had chosen the place, I was ok with anywhere. Not true... I don't feel like having greasy mamak like stall. "Mamak" (pronounced - "ma - mak") is an Indian Muslim Restaurant that serves lots of oily type of food. Their main dishes are bask with ghee and puree and oil. Don't feel like having lunch and smelling like ghee on my way back up to the office.
Flitty and Moonay had been good rascals today. At the office, they kept quiet and did not disturb as much. I had briefed them that I needed to get back on my feet to work and loosing this job was not an option at the present moment. They understood and behaved.
But lunch time, they couldn't contain any longer. My friend ordered the soft shell crab dish. We also had some brocolli prawn dish too. Can you guess which rascal got excited when they saw the food?
My friend, needless to say... was bemused.
