Father and Daughter...

Rainy Sunday that could have been awful but was actually lovely.

Stuart off on the motorbike to Burgess Hill to take my lens back to get it sent off for repair.

I got a text from S asking if we fancied going to Thatcham Lakes for a walk in the sunshine....

Got there and it started to rain........a lot!

F's leggings were pale green when we set off. Then an attempt to find a roast dinner for Erz (and of course the rest of us). 2 places full and then inspiration struck. A very nice lunch treat for me and Boo (thank you again!) then back to Beep Erz's for Gaufres (waffles French style), I was stuffed full of roast but they were soooooo good I ate 2 large waffles smothered in maple syrup whilst having the best cuddles from a sleepy Maya.

Then home to find a very very cold and soggy husband who had a bath with Boo to warm up and cooked me a fabulous risotto.

Lucky, lucky girl!

p.s. Alfie also had his first proposal of marriage today! Much to Beep Erz dismay, Fleur who has always said she wants to only ever marry her daddy told Alfie she loves him and asked if he would marry her. Vvv cute!
