Nostalblip

Pottering around the house after work merrily blipping away and i saw this picture.

Bit of a thunderbolt moment as i realised this time last year i was engaged, packed, had droppped my then cat off at the cattery and was setting off in the early hours of 1/3/10 for 17 days in Jamaica with my then fiance.

I'm now single, he got the cat (I adopted gained another one, but thats another blip), my tans faded months ago and i'm seperated from most places and people i knew then.

A strange feeling. Most days i'm happy I've moved on, right now is one of those moments when I look back and I'm nostalgic for the person i was this time last year filled with excitement (and a just a small amount of knowing that things were changing).
