Oil and Sky Reflection
Sometimes it's hard to differentiate the truth from the obvious lie. Everytime I think I've got something pinned down, I'm either surprised or disappointed by the unexpected. To be more specific, it's difficult to be a good judge of character and incredibly ignorant to remotely think so.
What appears to be a great person could in truth be a disgusting stain of filth on the floor. Harsh, I know, but sometimes emotions just sway you to think so. The beautiful sky's reflection covering what a person truly is.
Conversely, the most beautiful person could be found in the most unexpected of places. The person on the way to work or in passing could be the best friend or love of your life. It's a bit much to think this way, I mean, seriously, it's just a puddle, but the quantity is outweighed by the quality in every way and is all that is needed to confirm your existence. It's worthwhile. It's symbolism afterall and if I'm going to waste my time, I might as well do it my way... just like everybody else.
