Peebling around.....

Just entered retirement and taken the leap from West Yorkshire (all our married life) to the Scottish Borders. So all sorts of new beginnings.
The gift of a digital camera 10 years ago, revived my interest in photography, but it has always rather solitary. Thousands of photos, but little being seen of them. One new beginning then, is to change this and blipping is part of this. Even in a short time, it has become really helpful: the discipline of finding a subject (almost) everyday, but also the need to reflect and write something that has some meaning. Then there is the opportunity to see the work of others and to feel that there is some small fragmentary insight into their lives and what we share in common.

Enough of all this navel gazing! We love our new surroundings, and our new life, and I shall try and record it in my blips.
